Walt Disney World allows you to bring your own food and drinks into the park with very few restrictions (no alcohol and no glass are a couple). Here is the link to Disney’s website for the most up-to-date outside food and drink information.

When we go to Disney, we always bring at least some snacks, if not food for a meal. Disney food can get expensive depending on how often you’re eating while you’re there and how many people are in your party.

We eat breakfast at the hotel or get something on the way so we don’t have to worry about breakfast at the park. Also, having snacks nearby is a great way to keep little ones busy while standing in some of the longer lines!

Some common snacks that we bring are:

Specifically for Elliott (toddler)

  • Fruit and veggie squeeze pouches with these game-changing adapters to help prevent messes.
    • Note: these adapters fit on most squeeze pouches, but not all. So far, I’ve learned they do not fit on the Gerber pouches with the Smart Flow, GoGo Squeez pouches, or Sprout Organic pouches.
  • Puffs
  • Yogurt melts
  • Fruit cups
  • Fruit snack bites
  • Bananas (just be careful not to squish them)
  • Cheese sticks (for early in the day, of course)
  • Cereal in a bag

For me and Elexious

  • Granola bars
  • Peanuts/mixed nuts (Sahale maple pecan are my favorite and helps with my sugar fix as well!)
  • Small bags of chips or pretzels
  • Frozen grapes for warmer weather
  • Apples/apple slices

For times when I don’t want to or can’t afford to spend as much money at Disney, we’ll bring some of these items for lunch:

  • PB&J sandwiches (either premade Uncrustables or we’ll make our own at home)
  • Regular sandwiches
  • Salads
  • To-Go tuna packs

Elliott also eats some of our foods as he has gotten older. You know your kid best as to whether or not they can eat any of the foods I have listed above.

Drinks

  • You can get free cups of water at any place that serves beverages in cups.
  • Sometimes we bring refillable water bottles or sippy cups for Elliott and use the water fountains throughout the parks.
  • These bottle adapters are a neat way to prevent toddlers or younger kids from spilling a bottled drink or are great for when you don’t feel like lugging and cleaning cups all day.
  • I personally like to bring a V8 energy with me to drink mid-day to keep me going.
  • We usually bring at least one Body Armor or something similar for when we’re tired of water.

Let me know your favorite, go-to snacks for your Disney trips!
